Covid-19 Precautions
- All of our staff have been and are involved in the training process regarding the informative and preventive measures regarding Covid-19.
- The working places of our team, as well as the places where the workshop activities our students involved, accommodation areas, food and beverage areas, education areas and social activity areas are organized and planned in accordance with the relevant preventive measures and directives.
- Program flows, academic program and social activities are planned to keep out-group social contact to a minimum level.
- During the camp activities, utmost attention is paid to social distance, the use of disinfectant and masks, and temperature measurement and pre-health checks will be carried out periodically to include both staff and students. At the beginning of the camp program, each student is informed about the precautions regarding these issues, and during the social activities, observations and reminders will be given to the students both verbally, in writing and visually at necessary intervals.
- We will supply all the masks that are needed to be renewed every 2 hours for all our team and students during the camp activities.
- When it is necessary to be in an indoor area during a camp activity, the areas are ventilated according to the recommended time periods and recommended methods, and all closed areas will be disinfected in accordance with the standards determined by the ministry.
- It is planned to have antibacterial liquid soaps and alcohol-based disinfectants, disposable paper towels, other disposable supplies and hygienic waste collection boxes that do not require contact, to be used in all areas of need during the camp activities.
- Visitor allowances during camp activity times will only be held in essential cases and for a minimum period of time. In this process, utmost attention is paid to social distance, disinfectant and mask use.
- If a suspicious situation (fever, cough, sore throat, headache, shortness of breath, weakness, diarrhoea, vomiting, body aches, etc.) is observed, relevant actions will be taken.
- Before the program activities, the HES code will be checked for both students and family members living in the same house. Students who are tested positive will not be accepted into the program. In a case of such a situation, the student’s program may be postponed to the next semesters or to the following years if it is requested and in case of eligibility, or if requested, the program may be cancelled and the fee is refunded.
